Maintenace plan useless

On Sunday 7 June my car broke down in Potchefstroom <br> They took the car to Daily Ford in Potchefstroom to fix <br> This is now apparently a clutch that has burned out and it is my fault and my maintenance plan does not cover this and I have to pay R6856 <br> So in the last 3 months because apparently this is ok in Ford SA`s eyes maintenance and parts on that car has cost me about R12000 <br> On a car with 50 0000 km on how does a clutch just burn out <br> I find this so unacceptable <br> I have been driving the same road for the last 15 years with different cars and never had clutch problems so clearly it is not abuse on my side but a factory fault or inferior quality clutch parts<br> I have now shown a mechanic that worked for Ford the pictures of the clutch he says the linings has broken off and that this is not abuse but a factory fault then why should I have to pay for this repair if even a Ford employee says it is a Ford problem and that is why I have a maintenance plan
