Low Bar being set by Ford Claremont

Hi everyone, I have a Ford Fiesta 2017 1.0 Ecoboost and have had some car trouble and don't feel like I was given service worthy of the Ford name, I've laid out the sequence of events below

17 September 2024: One night on my way home from work while driving the car stops moving and I don't know why, so I get it towed to the local Ford Dealer in Claremont the next day 08 October 2024: Car is moved by me to a new mechanic who diagnosed the wet cam belt snapping causing the cars failure

So what happened to the car between 17 September and 8 October ? Nothing. I had to call the dealership multiple times to get the same story "We're just waiting to assign someone the job", it cannot take 3 weeks before someone can even look at my car to tell me what the issue is. Being a Ford Owner and it being my first car I was expecting a much higher class of service since I enjoy driving my car so much, and to have had no updates on it for 3 weeks where I had to check in on the vehicle every 3 days for the same story, it did not meet expectations
