lost natis, lies & warranty expired

I bought a Ford Figo from Human Auto Kimberley on the 27th December 2013 I was told it would be registered as 2014 model in Jan 2014 but was **** to as it was registered on 30th Dec 2013, the salesman never gave me the natis and it is now lost, Thinking its a 2014 model I took it in for its 1st service at 20088km only to find out the warranty has expired because I had to service before February 2015, thanks so much for the poor service all-round. If you do not uphold the warranty I will not service the Ford with you. Ford loses out on all service intervals going forward. Also after this I would not recommend Ford or think about buying Ford in the future. A good product but with bad after sales service & lies, ruined it for me.
