Late delivery of a car part

Hy my name is thapi Mokoena I have a complain wit ford company I bought a part 3 month ago at ford cape town branch they kept on delivering a wrong part for the past 3 month last month I put my claim to Customer service but is still the same I haven't insure my car because I am still waiting for the part it's worse the part is paid fully....please guys help me because I have to go home on the 30th of November
