LACK OF SERVICE FROM FORD SA VIA CASSEYS AUTO

Our company sent one of our vehicles - Ford Ranger 2.2 - in to have the engine redone, under warranty. Once the engine was done, after a month, end of March 2015. We were told that we would get the paperwork from them, stating the warranty of 20000km on the new engine. Today being the 3rd of June, we have not yet received the paperwork, after several times of requesting this. This is pathetic service, and totally unacceptable.
