Lack of Ford parts in South Africa

Our Ford Raptor was ****** but fortunately recovered. In the process the fender liners were damaged by the *******. It has been two months since the attempted theft. Everything else was fixed except the liners because there is no stock in South Africa. Although we do get regular feedback from Ford the ETA just seems to keep moving forward. We cannot use our vehicle which is standing at the panel beaters, Ford refuses to give us a curtesy car because according to them they only provide such when the car is located at the Ford dealership. But the reason why the panel beaters cannot fix the vehicle is because of Ford. This does not make sense. Is the lack of parts due to bad planning?
