Kuga clutch problems

I bought my ford kuga in 2016 March and in 2017 July i got stuck on the N4 around Nelspruit, the car was towed to ford Witbank which they told me that it's a clutch problem and that they do not cover wear and tear and i'd have to pay from my own pocket, they gave me a ridiculous quote and i told them that i couldn't afford the said amount, i then took the car to a reliable mechanic who replaced the clutch and fly wheel with part bought from ford directly. last year (2018) ford recalled the Kugas for a clutch adjustment, i immediately called them to explain my story and for a possible refund, early this year when i called they told me that my case was closed and the lady (Lucindy Ferreira) i was dealing with no longer works for them, i requested for the case to be reopened and same day a lady by the mane of Pamela (Witbank) called to say that they will not be paying as they never got the old parts back, which they never requested initially, i gave them what they asked of me at the time.

Prior to that i was driving a yaris for 7 years and it never gave me any problems.
