Enroute from Pretoria to the Kruger National Park on a weeks vacation we broke down with a technical issue just outside Tzaneen ( right next to the Tzaneen Airport ). We made contact with Tzaneen Ford and limped back to Tzaneen town where BB Tzaneen Ford personnel was await our arrival...long story short it was clear that the issue could not be resolved and that Mr du Toit felt uncomfortable for us to continue. He offered us a loaner vehicle ( brand new Ford Focus Ecoboost...what a delight to drive ) and we proceed to our destination uneventful. Thank you Leon,you turned a very disgruntled situation around into a huge positive,Ford can be proud to have a dealer principles like you !
