Kokstad Fedaouto

I took my Ford Eco-sport 2015 Model to the Fedaouto in Kokstad, It had a water-pump problem which was leaking, the car is still under warranty, they took more than three weeks to order and change the water pump. Upon collection, the car only drove a few kilometres then it broke down again, this time it was because they did not fasten the pipes well enough and the engine hit a block. My car has been at Kokstad Fedaouto for over two months, they keep telling me that they will have the car ready by the following week every time I call them. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any car company, I would not recommend anyone to take their car to the Fedaouto in Kokstad because God knows what they do to your car when you're not there
