Kempstone ford Durban

Hi .I purchased a brand new ford ranger in February 2018 my vehicle has paint defects which came with the vehicle when I picked it up .it's been 2 months after all this time wasted with them trying to resolve my issue I finally decided to return the vehicle and they say that they can't take it back but they will take it as a trade in so now I'm waiting for the trade in value offered to me
