Kempster Ford Umhlanga, a *****

I am driving a ford focus sport, 2013 model. For the past month it has been giving me problem starting up, especially if it has been standing for quiet some time. I had taken it to Richie Ford Empangeni twice, and they could not find a fault. on the 12th February 2018, i was driving to Durban and it kept on switching off while moving/driving, i had to tow it to Kempster Ford Umhlanga. they diagnose the car and was told they need to replace the fuel pump. I had to pay R10 300 for them to fix the car. I was then told the car was fix and ready for collection on Tuesday the 20th February. I went and collected it and drove it back to Empangeni where i live. Same day on Tuesday had to drive to Ulundi, but the car switched it self off. It started doing the same thing it did before i took it to Kempster Ford. Called them the following day and reported the problem. Bevin Nullia was the guy i spoke to and Nolan was the advisor I communicated with while the car was with them. Bevin advised me to send the car to Richie Ford Empangeni because Durban is too far to tow the car there. I was only able to tow the car last week Thursday, 08th March 2018. I got the diagnosis result on Friday saying they need to replace the fuel pump. That tells me Kempstor Ford Umhlanga never replaced the fuel pump. They actually ***** me R10 300.

I feel like both these areas have *********** technicians who do not know what they are doing. I don't trust Ford anymore.
