JUST DON"T CARE

<p>I have sent 2 emails to customer care regarding my FORD KUGA. I have received 2 receipt confirmations from Ford assuring me a concultant will contact me within 24 hours. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for someone to contact me. You can not get hold of anyone by telephone. Held on once for 45 mins.</p>
