Issues with the ignition not starting, voids the warranty ???

Hi, The service we are getting from Action Ford Constantia Kloof is appalling. On Wednesday morning our ford fiesta would not start, the ignition was not turning. We drove the car a day prior and it had no issues. We called ford and were told to call AA to come pick up the car. (AA Ref: 180 ********** ) The AA guys tried to start the car with no luck. Now we are being told that that the warranty wont pay because it seems like the car was tempered with. Issues with the ignition not starting voids the warranty ??? This is unacceptable. during the time when it did not start the AA guys sprayed solution into the ignition to try and lubricate it however still the ignition was not turning. Along with the poor service we received from the workshop manager and the dealer Principal, our issue is that the ignition is damaged and the warranty will not pay. Please help!!! this is not my problem as the customer but with Ford for the ignition.
