Is this what Ford stands for?

I am a proud owner of a Ford Ranger. My vehicle did not want to start, so I towed it to a Auto Electrician here in Phalaborwa. They had a look and advised me that its best to tow it to Ford Tsaneen, the starter wasn't the problem and they couldn't give me a definite cause. I had my vehicle towed to Ford Tsaneen and requested them to fix the problem. I received a telephone call, informing me that a strip and quote will be 8000-00. I gave the go ahead and was contacted the next day by Jurie whom informed me that the timing chain jumped. I requested him to fix my vehicle. Two days later I phoned and Jurie informed me that the vehicle just needs to go for a test drive, and I should be able to collect it later that afternoon. I never received a phone call. Phoned the next morning and was informed by the manager that they messed up and need to fix their mistake. I waited yet another three days for my car. The brought my car home and I thought wow that is great service. Paid my invoice of nearly 36000-00. They left and when I tried to start my car, dead!!! I was then told my starter is burned, paid for a new one, and their mechanic installed it. MY VEHICLE STILL DOESNT START!! Help please
