Inefficient service from Ford

I wrote last week, crying out for this company to send me proof of a vehicle I purchased in 2008 and it was paid out in full. This company hasn't responded. At the traffic department their system shows that the vehicle is owed to this financial institution, which is incorrect. Please assist.
