Incorrect Licence Status Panelvan Ford Transit

We imported a Ford Transit Van to be modified to be wheelchair friendly. Modification was done through Ford CMH Umgeni Road Durban in 2018. To this day I am still having issues with current status which is STILL classed as a panelvan and was meant to be delivered on completion of modification as passenger vehicle. Numerous other issues such a leaking interior and windows rusting however hoping that poating a review here will produce helpful response to sorting this out for once and all! Am completely disappointed in service of Ford and Mr Coach!
