Incomplete service

I took my car for service mid February, day before service while driving home I noticed a sound coming under the car. I explained this to the guys at Ford Newtown where I took my for service, she said she would contact me me within the following week so that they can check why my aircon pipe broke. Till today almost a month later j still have not heard anything from them. My car now shows different amounts of petrol since the service, I never know how much petrol I really have
