Incompetence from Ford service department

I drive a Ford Ecosport 1.0 tatinium 2018 model During its first year I experienced an irritating sound, it was discovered that it was the gearbox and they told me they replaced it In 2021 July while driving on the N1 north towards mokopane the car started losing power the it stuck, it was towed to Ford polokwane, the service consultant who handled my case. Immediately after fetching the car the next morning it was leaking oil the car was returned and fixed. September 2021 I took the car for service at Ford polokwane again there was nothing wrong detected on the car October 2021 (this month) I woke up to a car that was leaking oil and also started to lose power again while driving, I took it to Ford polokwane again this the service was Chantelle Beukes, I was told that it was a side shaft seal that was leaking, I collected the car after it was fixed on Friday 22 October 2021, Saturday the car was still leaking and the losing of power problem was still continuing I called Ford polokwane and Chantelle told me that the technicians are not working on Saturday as I was in mokopane I drove to Ford mokopane they checked the car and insisted that it was the side shaft seal leaking and I must take the car to polokwane as they don't know which side was replaced I took the car to Ford polokwane today again I am incovinienced, I have to go to work and take my kids to school, I am struggling cos I don't have a car. I feel like the technicians are not doing their job on the car, I feel like they don't really care about fixing the car This brings me to a conclusion that I will never buy a Ford car or even recommend it to anyone
