ill mannered Receptionist

My husband received the worst client service ever....is that how your Receptionst treat your loyal clients? he arrives at 16h30 to pick up the car that was been serviced, with attitude she asked him , why did he come as she has not called him to come collect? how was he expected to get home if it was indeed not ready? to his surprise the bakkie was ready; she left him standing there to have a small talk with some lady. To my surprise it was srviced yet the front bulb was not replaced or atleast I was not informed that it was not workng....it's disgusting customer service ever and I will complain futher until I'm heard.
