I will never buy a car from Ford

I bought a Ford ranger from eagle ford in December 2020. This car is still less than 30 000km. This is my fifth car. During rainy or cold days, the clutch goes flat and the gear lever doesn’t work. When it is hot, it works super fine. I drove it to Action Ford Louis Trichard and they suspected clutch, and they quoted me 18k. If it was clutch, I should experience this problem during both kinds of weather. The strange thing about this is when it is hot, It works super fine. Now it is winter, and I am experiencing this problem more often.

I sent the salesperson at Eagle Ford. He promised to call me back, till today I haven’t received his call. These guys are quick to call when they are selling cars to us. When the same car starts giving us problems, they don’t attend to us.

This is my first car from Ford. Yesterday I booked it at Ford Louis Trichard to attend it. But I will pay. When it comes back, I will sell it and stick with the make I bought before. I have never experienced a problem like this. I bought it new.
