I really liked ford but now I'm ****ed off.

Worst ever service I received from Ford Human auto in Bloemfontein..

I bought a 2017 Ford ranger double cap on 2019 with 34000 km at Human motors Bloemfontein and the car still have a warranty, 3 days of driving the car didn't want to start and I called Ford and they booked the car in for repairs .On the 14 September 2020 the car showed a warning sign on the dash board and began to lose power and it came from the service the same year . I called Ford and they booked it in for 17septembe 2020,in an hour same day i was called by them that due Covid issue they can't attend my car, it must come on the 21 September. The 18 September the car switched itself off while moving and didn't want to start. I towed the car to Ford Human motors on the date that we agreed upon with which was 21 September, later that day i was called in and told that the car got stucked due to the dirty fuel that was filled in and the quotation is 54000 Which i should pay out of my pocket cause it's not their fault even if the car is under warranty. I fill up the diesel in different garages, so how will I know if it is dirty. They charged me 1200 to release the car from the work shop cause i towed it back home. Due to work related matter, i use the car too and from work, so I was obliged to take it to the affordable mechanic and was assisted. I feel like these matter was not handle in a fair way.
