I feel ****med by Ford

I bought my Ford Ranger 2.0 XLT from Ford in Vereening in 2020 and the car has only done 69383km. Since I bought it I have been complaining about acceleration saying that the gearbox takes long to change gears. I even had to change my do my service with Vereeniging Ford becuase I was not happy even after they said they tried to adjust the gearbox. I did my service last year December 2023 for 60 000km at Ford the Glen which I also told them to resolve trhe issue of my car stalling or taking long to go into gears. Last week when I was checking oil gauge at the garage I discovered that there was oil leak from the turbo. Today when I took my car to NMI Ford Alberton for annual service due to the fact have not yet done 15 000km I told them of the oil leaks. To my suprise I am being told that the booster pipe and timing cover are leaking oil and that I must pay R16 000 for leakages to be resolved. What is worse is that Ford will not cover for this R16000 cost as they say the warranty is 4 years. I really feel ****med by Ford because when I bought this car I was told that my service plan and warranty are both five year as part of the deal then. The car is barely less 70 000km and the problems that I have encountered are too alarming how can a new car give major problems like this?
