I CANNOT WAIT TO TRADE IN MY CAR

I really write this as an indication of how unhappy I have been with you guys for the past few months, 1stly I tried claiming from my chip and dents cover which took more than 5 month for me to even get an audience from you guys which I thought was appalling only to find out the product was named incorrectly and I was not covered for it which I really thought that was an excuse on your end not to service me. Then I brought my care to the express lane to fit in breaks which a bad job was done as my breaks made a screeching noise when I braked and the was a huge issue with the one wheel as something was hinged and made a bad shake when I drove came in to complain about the workmanship the manager was also called as I was being sent away who was equally defensive and after I screamed my car was looked at and was advised the was a lose item. Now all of a sudden when I came back for re scheming of my breaks my rim is cracked I really think this is ridiculous I have been driving for years and have never had such issues ever since I dealt with you guys. I love Ford as a product but I feel FORD centurion has misrepresented the brand badly.
