I am done giving ford a chance to correctify there mistakes.

Buy Ford. Worst mistake of my life!!!!!! I wish I can drive my New Gen Ranger wildtrack into the see and be done with Ford.

In the last 10 months I have driven only 5 months with my own vehicle. I bought from Ford Claremont in December last year.

Car has been in to fix original and new problems created by Ford Claremont and Ford SA more than 10 times this year. Every time receiving my ranger back in a worst state than what I gave it to them. They have dented the door, dented the hood, scratched my Ranger, disabled the navigation system, disabled the radio, blow the led lights, replaced the battery with the wrong battery, broke the brackets that hold up the hood, remove the rubber rear seat mats and not put them back until I have to phone them and go in to them to sit down with the principle and complain about this and lately stripping the locknut key on the wheels with a air torque wrench, I was left standing next to the road for 8 hours not able to put the spare wheel on because of this. o yes the one that is the cherry on the top, get my Ranger back with an 1000km joyride on the clock by someone, unlucky for them I spotted on the app someone is driving with my Ranger on a 4x4 route in the Overberg. by the way Ford, the person sitting in the passenger seat on your 4x4 joyride broke the left handle. thanks for giving it back like that. It is insane. Last night my display on the Ranger stated to flash and went dark, how can a company be so incomputable bad at there work? I get the vehicle back and feel I am to scared what is going to be wrong next and if it is going to fail around the next corner. I complained to Ford Claremont on the 2nd of October. There instructions was, "see what else is wrong then let us know so we can see if we can fix it". Guess how many times have they phoned me since I reported the new issues to sort out all this issues, Zero.

Yesterday morning @9am I sent Ford SA a SOS from next to the road when I couldn't take the wheel of because of the broken Locknut key. I got a response from them, we are escalating the issue. well I am not there anymore, I decided to walk the 10km to my office after not getting a responses. Locknut key(that was just put back in my ranger by the ford mechanic that broke it after sorting out the wheel brake disk that started to rattle after they took it off and not putting it back correctly the first time)

So who do I phone, email to get ford to take back there peace of sh.....t. This game is over now!! or is there a good layer out there that can sue the **** out of Ford Claremont and Ford SA?
