hi my name is bulelani i have bought a ford figo in bidvest ford McCarthy now it went for service 1nce for 60.000km now its due for 75.000km now the last service they told me that it was my last service now when i called to get quote they tel me that my car is still under service plan and i drove the car extra 2000 km cause i knew was gona service once i have money now they telling me they cant change cempbelt i have to pay it my self its R22000 i dont understand how is that my fault cause i called to ask they told me that my car was no longer have service plan please assit me thank you
