Horrific customer service

Its not what you say it is how, Brian Mogela was disgutsingly rude and cheeky. I tried my level best to reason with him regarding a recall on my car, But the manner in which he spoke and treated me as a customer really changed my view as a client, I dont know whether they even have quality assurance on their calls
