Horrible experience with Ford SA.

Horrible experience with Ford as I my sump was broken and I had notified the call centre in PTA and was told it will not be covered by the warranty as it's not an electrical fault I have to fix from my own pocket which I did but was not advised at that time to take it to Ford as it will automatically cancel my warranty if not, now that I have an engine issue on the car I am now told the warranty is now "void" as the sump was not fixed by them. I mean had I been advised upfront about this I would have by ALL MEANS avoided this situation.

Not sure if who ever I spoke to at that time made it deliberate that they don't tell me this or not.

And now I am required to pay R89k for a car with a warranty on to be fixed.

So unfair on my part!!!
