Hi, last year I purchased a vehicle at Ford Numbi. However, when my vehicle was delivered to me, it only had the spare key, which I have been using since. I have made several attempts to communicate with the sales person who was in charge of the sale (J. Nkadima) to date I still have not received the key. On the 18th of July, I even sent him a picture of the bent spare key and to alert him of how risky it is to not have the other key. Unfortunately, the key has broken inside the ignition and he is still ignoring my texts. Please assist urgently as I am a marketer myself who relies on self transportation.
