Harassment by Ford automated calls

I am being harrased by Ford FS automated calls and when I try calling they put me on hold forever claiming to have large call volumes I have a debit order arrangement for the payment of car finance and this month they decided not to deduct, the money is waiting in vain in the account. I don't want to pay directly without arrangement because they might also deduct. The fault is on their side a human being from Ford must call me and make arrangement, stop harassment through the ineffective automated calls or long waiting queue on the call center
