Great service indeed

I purchased my car in November 2013, Yatin has been my sales consultant at Ford Umgeni. However he really goes beyond the boundaries of just selling. I have needed Yatin's help on numerous occasions after the purchase of my vehicle. I was unfortunately involved in an attempted hijacking this year in February where my car keys were taken with the ******s , I called Yatin and he did all he could to help me. This year I had a situation with the service in my car because I didn't take my car to Umgeni Ford but Yatin stepped right in and sorted out all my queries and rectified things immediately. This morning I had a small problem with a code on my vehicle , I emailed Yatin and he called me back within seconds . This is truly the very best customer service that I have ever received . This world will surely be a better a place because of people like Yatin. Yatin is passionate about what he does and I have to say that he is truly the greatest asset to Ford Umgeni. I really do commend you Yatin and thank you so much for your on going assistance.
