What a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Ford Alberton. We went to 3 other dealerships and finally decided to buy through Alberton because the new car sales exec gave us excellent service from the beginning to the final delivery. Jose quickly established exactly what our requirements were, made suggestions, established a warm rapport, supp**** technical data on the vehicle and kept following up. We always go further to Alberton for our vehicle servicing (2 others) because their service and parts departments have always provided very good customer service. Our current dealing with Jose and Sheri-lee (finance) has proved the entire dealership is well managed and focuses on customer satisfaction.
