Gifts ordered online for Father's Day

On the 17th of June I ordered 12 items Ford Merchandise items - very excited to have found the site.<br> <br> On ordering, there is no indication of stock availability. <br> <br> 3 items arrived in time for fathers day. the remaining items have come in multiple deliveries and there is still an item outstanding - absolute disgrace as nothing happens if I do not continually follow up.<br> <br> I have seen new merchandise on the store but will honestly not bother (which is such a pity) due to non delivery
