Frustrated

My car have been at Ford East gate for the past 2 years without any progress ,the only thing I get is excuses that my car is fine it's just not cranking, I tried to take the matter through their legal department but ended up with a slap on my face, that was somewhere in 2016,what I realise about Ford is that they don't care about their client's needs they only care about saving their company from any legal processes, I have a car but unable to use it for the whole 2 years,if the car is in it's dealership but they can't fix it where do they expect me to take it???
