Front wheels replaced with old, worn out wheels

I took my car to Eagle Corner Ford in Corlett drive on 11-Oct-2017 for a service. A few days later after picking my car up I notice that there's something wrong with my two front wheels - the 2 front tyres have been replaced with worn out tryes. I noticed that it's a different brand I have never seen before the 2 back tyres are the same ones I've always had and the front ones are these really worn out tyres you cant even see the brand name. I go back to the same place explain to them they tell me nothing like that has ever happened at their workshop. I ask for footage, they only show me footage of when my car is on the lift they dont want to show me footage from the time I left my car with them till the time I came to come pick it up. I am told there are no images of my car on their system because no one with an iPad took images of my car when it went into the workshop so that means even if my car was dented at the workshop I would have been told 'never in my workshop'. I have asked for footage from the time I dropped of my car to see if my wheels where not exchanged elsewhere within the workshop I am told 'no mam' when asked if they cannot zoom-in to check the brand on my tyre I am told 'no mam our cameras cant zoom' when asked to forward me footage for the whole day I am told 'no customer has ever asked for footage they cant guarantee me that I'll get the footage. I have asked them to give me feedback by Monday but really Ford who waits till then to get answers. I am totally disappointed in you guys to say the least - my car has never been to another workshops besides Ford. And if you guys pay so much for security systems why are the cameras only showing you stuff from the back of the car and not the front where the actual work is happening? Now all I am told is 'it takes ****s 7minutes to ***** your wheels at the mall' how about inside the workshops????? Ford South Africa Ford Motor Company please help me...I am also going to escalate this wheels dont just get swapped.....
