***** Money by Hertz arranged by Ford SA

The unreliable Ford Ranger Wildtrak that keeps breaking every chance it gets. The last incident was in BFN in January 7th, 2022, when I had to tow in the vehicle at Ford (Human Auto) for a repair as the vehicle didn't want to start. I was left without transport and accommodation for the whole weekend in a city that I do not reside at. The following Monday (10th), Ford SA through a company called CCVR arranged a Hertz rental vehicle for me to head back home to PTA in. Ford SA (Jean Mojono) promised that there will not be any cost at all to my account for this rental vehicle, Ford SA will take care of things including one way fee as long as the rental vehicle is returned as it should be. The rental vehicle was returned at one of the arranged Ford branch where I went to pick up my forever broken vehicle on the 22nd Jan 2022. As agreed with Ford SA (Jean Mojono), the rental vehicle will be taken to Hertz by Ford and I shouldn't worry about it. To my surprise Hertz then deducted R1600 off my credit card on the 26th Jan 2022, charged as one way fee. On the 27th Jan, another R65.27 went off my credit card to Hertz, which I then immediately sent an email to Jean Mojono to find out why, email sent on Saturday. On the 1st Feb an attempt to deduct more money was made and on the 2nd another attempted was made, in which each charged me R9.50 for failed deduction. I had attempted to get hold of Jean, multiple times, left messages to be called back, she is now not available to address this issue. Today (4th Feb), another R311 was deducted by Hertz and Jean is still not available to attend to the matter. I have called Ford SA a lot of times and even requested to speak to the Jean's supervisor/manager but no one seems to care enough to call me back, explain and give me back my money. I have also contacted the very unprofessional Hertz to try and get the invoices and question why is the money being deducted and who has my case, Hertz is always not seeing anything on their system regarding this except for the R1600, which they promised to send me the invoices for and nothing until now.
