***** and Theft

Ford Lazarus, is selling Tyre and Wheel "insurance" with ********** intent, I was told that the "insurance" I took out would last the duration of my 5 year warranty and I have a witness that can attest to this, I asked multiple times to make sure that as long as my warranty lasts I would be covered and each time I was told yes, and was told that my monthly premium would increase to cover the "Insurance" for the length of the warranty, and now that I need the insurance they say no sorry it expires after 2 years, but according to my debit amount I am still paying for it as my monthly premiums have not decreased. So not only did they lie they are now charging me for an expired service. Their call center has been utterly unhelpful and rude trying to talk over me when I'm explaining the situation. For as long as I live I will never buy a car from Ford again and will tell everyone that I know who is looking to buy a car to stay clear of Ford.
