Fords bad and unprofessional service

I am driving a Ford Focus ST. My vehicle had overheating problems more then a year ago. I took my vehicle to Ford Alberton where they firstly replaced the head cylinder and radiator. My vehicle was back at the dealership after a month. Same problem.long story short. Have have fitted two new engines, still can't solve the problem. My vehicle is back at the dealership for the fourth time. Now they replaced the water bottle and radiator.My vehicle has been there for a total of 13 months in total. I have to pay the installments and insurance every month. I found out last week that a YouTube apprentice is working on my vehicle. I want to take this legal because nobody at For seems to care, not even their *********** dealer principal. I am going to go legal and insist on a rebate on monies that I paid in installments and insurance. I want the CEO of Ford to take responsibility for this bad service.
