Fordpass App defunct

I have for close on a month now tried the advertised Fordpass App but to no avail, Facebook communication has led to nothing with a now second email sent as directed has left me wondering if the App actually works. It seems in my opinion to be false advertising with an attempt in getting consumers interested in however not delivering on.
