FORD WORST SERVICE EVER

Good day

Today i would like people to understand the type of Business / Aftermarket Sales Service you get from Ford. In July i Purchased a top of the line Ford Fiesta ST. Yes it was second hand but it was in great condition. After only having the car for a month i had to take it back to Ford Richards Bay, they advised that they needed to replace the left Back side Wheel hub and Bearing. This was done at a Ford Dealership in Richards Bay. Keeping in mind that their parts and services carried out has a 1 year warranty. Today driving to Durban from Richard bay, not even 4.5 months after this was done i got another weird noise coming from the rear. Took it to an RMI dealer just to check this out, the Entire Wheel bearing is loose and looks like it damaged the shaft. Took the car to Ford Briardene got helped by a gentleman Vikash. I phone Ford and they advised even though they replaced the wheelbearing they cannot arrange a courtesy car for me to get home. I was helped by their head office by Octania, Daphne and the Reference number was ********** 83. They were of no assistance due to the car being out of warranty about 5 months ago. This is not even to speak about the R38k bill that i got from a head gasket failure. Also Ford has given me no option but move over to another brand even though i had the car only for 5 months.

Ford Does not offer customer service and definately would not recommend them to anyone ever.
