Ford worst car around

i bought a ford Focus in 2017 biggest mistake of my life . in early 2018 i got into my car to go to work when i could not find reverse gear , so first thing you think to yourself take the car to Ford as they are experts on their own car. what a joke i started by driving my car to ford springs where it stood for two weeks whereby they just plug a computer in and laughed at me and said you wanted to buy a expensive car your car needs a new gear whereby it will cost you R100 000. ( on that note i could not drive my car away from Springs as i drove the car there but whatever your workshop done i could not drive it back as it kept warning me the gearbox is getting hot ) . I took this car then to the next experts on gearbox as per the workshop RDG Boksburg. My car has been in and out of Ford The Glen and woodmeads workshops and i still do not have a car and you have no solution . I will never buy any of your products again as your after sales service is worst off than Goverment .. I am so disappointed to have go as far as to write this to you but i know you as a company do not care about your clients
