Ford wildtrak sets on fire

So i have a 2018 ford wildtrak bought from new and now has 105000 km on the clock. Services up to date with ford. So riding on a tar road my car caught alight under the front diff. Not speeding and 4x4 lights off and everything normal in the car. Put in an insurance claim with outsurance as i am not sure what caused the fire. Outsurance then informed me after deliberating with ford that ford claims the fire was started due to the vehicle being stuck in 4x4 mode and due to riding on tar the diff seals overheated and spilled the diff oil and in this manner causing a fire. Now this arrises some questions as to how safe the ford 4x4 vehicles are to ride as i experienced a life threatening situation. Surely the electronics in the vehicle should have notified me that i am in 4x4 mode??? Wonder how many other drivers had such an experience ???? Think ford should recall this model of vehicle and resolve this serious failure of a top of the range very expensive vehicle….
