Ford warranty offered

<p>I bought a New Ford Transit 2.2 Diesel High roof panel van from one of your dealerships in February 2016. On 105 000km the engine needs to be replace with cost at R110 000. <br />The warranty was voided because of service missed which was because no dealership could assist us. This van was running constantly between Johannesburg and Cape Town. There is also no commercial dealership in the Cape Town area that is equipped to service and repair this vehicle, I stand to be corrected... <br />Ford South Africa furthermore can not offer any technical roadside assistance because they use the AA to manage this department on their behalf. <br />People beware of buying from brands who bluntly lie to you on there showroom floors just to make the sale after you have indicated to the Sales person what your purpose is for the vehicle. <br />I am disgusted with your companies service levels and products. <br />If I was Ford Motor company I would be ashamed to have such service levels in South Africa. </p>
