FORD WARRANTY

In August 2020 I took one of my ford fleet bakkies to Novel ford as my load bin had started cracking on both sides of the front end of load bin on18 August I received a mail stating that I have not got a Ford approved canopy on it so i got a letter from the canopy suppliers that the most Ford dealers have there canopy's fitted and is fitted according to ford specification Novel Ford then send it to Ford South Africa On the 1 September I got a mail requesting that I forward photos mileage and contact no was also given a case no*** a bout 2 weeks later I received a call and was told that my warranty claim was rejected as my brackets now was not Ford approved brackets but mounted according to ford specification . Now please ex plain to me wat difference is there if the ford approved and this canopy brackets look the same have the same measurements and mounted on the FORD approved mounting holes or is this thing about ford approved a way of side stepping a warranty claim I had the same problem with one of my other ford bakkies load boxes at exact same place on the spot welds this bakkie did not even have a canopy on after Manney arguments and calls ford had the bakkie repaired under warranty

Recently I had a Ford with a trailer light module problem also under warranty and again Novel refused the claim as it was not a Ford approved drawbar now wat has your drawbar to do with your lights I HAD TAKEN THE INVOICE TO NOVEL AND PROVED TO THEM THAT I BOUGHT THIS BAKKIE FROM THEM WITH THE DAWBAR ON IT then was decided to replace the module under warranty FORDS ADVERT BUILD FORD TOUGH DONT BELEAVE IT IT IS THE BIGGEST LOT OF BULL**** AND BE A WARE THAT IF YOU WANT TO LOAD ENYTHING IN YOUR FORD EVEN YOUR MOTHER INLAW MAKE SHURE IT IS FORD A PROVED I am in the construction game and have many contacts and a company that have lost 3 load boxes the same way and place who will join me to send this via face book and twitter I will all so stick this vehicle full of the correspondence from ford and highlight the problems so every body can see that FORD will not take responsibility for there warranty claims I will also convince my collies in the construction industry to not replace there fleet with ford
