Ford warrantee claims is a problem

My Everest have been standing at Halfway Ford Kuilsrivier for this hole week for the rubber to be replaced by the driver door, just received a phone call that my claim was rejected by Ford, know what I would like to know from Ford, I belong to a Facebook group for Ford owners, and on that group no one had a problem at there dealers to replace that rubber under warrantee, So is this really Ford SA that declined my rubber to be replaced or was this just the dealer? I can just say I have owned a few different vehicles and never had so much problems when it was under warrantee
