Ford Vereeniging

Bought a car in November 2019 with the dealership at Ford Vereeniging and this is what transpired.

-Walked out of the dealership without no copy of the contract,and any other agreement signed for the vehicle. -Part of the deal was a year long service plan with motor warranty

It took 2 months to get the car registration plates,and further more took about 4 to 5 months to get a copy of the contract emailed to me so I can know what I signed for.

The sales agent were very unprofessional and always hung up when I called to tell them about the frustrations over there vehicle and documents (Moeketsi and Matsau)

William was professional enough to come in and assist with the first car service consultation and that was early in February.

The car was due for service around June,and due to lockdown regulations I couldn't take it in but enquired with the team as to when I can come in.

To my surprise and was left appalled THE SERVICE PLAN MOTOR WARRANTY Is not in the file and according to them has expired.

Now how is that amounting to a year long agreement when we not even in the month of November yet.
