Ford using unroadworthy delivery vehicles

I have tried several times to call the Ford Offices in Pretoria to advise them that the trucks delivering their new vehicles are not roadworthy, but unfortunately the phones never get answered. Almost everyday that I ride the R21 at 05:30 in the morning I encounter these trucks carrying new Ford vehicles but these trucks do not have rear working lights (all in some cases) others have some working. In the dark these trucks are not easy to see and they pose a road risk. Why does Ford allow these trucks to carry their vehicles if they are not roadworthy? Why do they not do a proper pre-departure check to ensure the lights are working, day or night requires rear lights. Maybe they will respond to this email. I have the vehicles on my dash camera should they not believe me.
