Ford Umhlanga - Not Customer Orientated
Ford has disappointed me again I was in Ford Umngeni in January and I cant even begin to explain the bad service i received. I went back to Umhlanga because i thought they were more professional to my surprise I receive bad service there again. My car was booked for a 120 000 km service on a Friday 22 March with Nolan. I paid R4 750 cash for this. I didnt drive the car until Monday, drove a short distance and didnt realise the aircon was'nt working. I drove the car again on Tuesday 26 March and then decided to report it. It was booked in on Thursday 28 March and I was told by Sizwe that the aircon pipe broke. He said I will pay cash for this as the warranty of the car expired on 17 March 2019. He promised to email me a quotation the next day and he didnt. I phoned on Friday 29 March and Sizwe said he was too busy and will only email me on Monday 1 April. I decided to drive there the Saturday 30 March to find out what was so difficult in me getting this quotation. Sizwe then referred me back to Nolan and Nolan promised to give me a call on Monday 1 April. Sizwe phoned me and said Nolan was off sick and he will call me the next day. Nolan or Sizwe didnt call me. After paying so much money for the service, I would have expected to receive good after service. Sizwe said whatever they did on the service had nothing to do with the aircon which I find hard to believe because the aircon was functioning well before the service.
To this day I dont have a single document from Sizwe/Nolan advising me on whats going to happen to the aircon and caused this? Sizwe said to me he had not read what his guys from the workshop reported on.
I keep leaving messages for them to call me and no one does. There was a day when I was told the manager will call me and he also didnt.
