Ford Umhlanga Bad Service

i Traded my vehicle in and purchased a Ford Ikon with 100km on the clock (Practically Brand New) with the Sales Person Being Alvin Naidoo. Trade in was dropped off on the 28th February 2015. Finance was approved and the new vehicle was collected on the 03rd March 2015. After Sales is terrible. i have no idea when i will be paid out for my trade in vehicle and today is the 06th March 2015. Part of the deal involved License and Registration. i was called into the dealership to fit in my plates and license disc and then i was told that the plates was not at the dealership and i can wait 25 Minutes for it or someone will install them at my employers office where my vehicle is parked. its seems that i've paid for a service which i probably will not receive. further more there isn't a person from the dealership that has contacted me in writing to inform me about the moneys that is to be paid out to me for my trade in. To date i have not received any payment 06th March 2015 at 11:22 hrs.<br> <br> With the Ford Mustang so near around the corner, i will definitely not be looking into one at this dealership. Pure Disappointment given that i can qualify for finance with the salary that i earn.
