Ford - the Worst Service in South Africa

The Service from Ford Customer care and Warrenty Departments is absolute shocking/ My 2.5 Year old Ford Ranger has is rusting above teh Windscreen. Response Ford is that this is a Stone Chip. This entire as*****t was done using a picture. No physical inspection was done on my vehical, yet the Warrenty department can make that decision. I have requested more than 2 weeks ago a Formal letter stating that my claim is being denied on this basis and as yet have not received any. Ford Service is undeniably the worst service i have ever experienced.
