Ford The worst service ever

My Ecosport was sent in to dealer for a accuator pump warrenty replacement, this Aug 2024 already. Still to this day on 11 April 2025 we still have not eceived the car back from the dealer. In the process they broke the harness in the beginning. Then they said it was fixed. We never asked or even hassel them about the car because Ford SA keeps sending sms so we through they ae still bussy with the car so we left them. Then we received an sms we can collect the car on the 04.04.25. We called the dealer about the loan car and the arrangement to give it back, then the dealer said the is nearly done to give back to us. Today my husband went there to asked questions about how far the repairs is, still not done. Then he asked about what the errors is to get some more help to get the car back, the the DP said it has got nothing to with us, we cant even the see the car, but saw the car from an distance, so what else is wrong with the car that they are hiding from us, what else did they broke that they dont tell us? They already broke the harness maybe there is something else? We did inform Ford SA but not really any help, because the customer care adivsor is not help. We still have no answer from anyone about the REAL issues or any problem solving. From Aug 2024 until today. The dealer is no help just like Ford SA. The worst service ever. My car had only 40 000km on the clock and no car to show.
